Job Title: Food And Beverage Operations Manager

 

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a premium, 24/7 VIP setting. This role requires a hands-on operational approach, a passion for developing careers within hospitality, and a commitment to guest service.

  • Full responsibility for main gaming floor bars and Sovereign room operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Ensure highest standards of service in Sovereign lounge, dining, and chairman's (members-only venue).
  • Review and analyse daily operational needs, maintaining beverage, labour, product, and expenses within established parameters.
  • Lead and motivate team to continuously deliver guest experience in line with service culture.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires an individual with outstanding leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

  • Hands-on operational approach and passion for developing careers within hospitality.
  • Understanding of guest experience and how to deliver in premium, 24/7 VIP setting.
