Food and Beverage Leadership Position

The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee food and beverage operations to provide a seamless experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and conference facilities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience (2+ years) in a similar food and beverage management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control.
  • A thorough understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory, ordering, and quality control.
  • Experience implementing successful marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
