Senior Hospitality Manager

The Senior Hospitality Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the Front Office and Guest Experience departments in our high-volume hotel operation.

About This Role
  • This position is responsible for setting strategic direction, leading the team, and driving results through effective selection, training, development, and evaluation of all team members.
  • The Senior Hospitality Manager will develop strong relationships with the leadership team and employees within the Front Office and Guest Experience departments.
  • Maintaining visibility in the operation is crucial, recognizing regular guests, and cultivating relationships with VIP, long-stay, and new guests.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Set strategic direction in collaboration with the leadership team to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  2. Provide leadership, coaching, and constructive feedback to Front Office team members to enhance their performance and skills.
  3. Closely manage labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a leadership role within Rooms Division in a 5-star hotel with a large inventory and occupancy.
  • A leadership style that is authentic, engaging, and strategic, based on identified business priorities and capable of coaching direct reports.
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and maturity, adapting to different situations.
  • Impeccable communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues, managers, and guests.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, problem-solve, and delegate in a demanding environment.
