The role involves collaborating with the CEO and Executive team to provide key clinical support operational services.

The position is responsible for leading the delivery of high quality clinical support services across various departments.

The Manager will provide strategic direction regarding clinical support services to ensure cost effective and efficient service delivery.

They will take an active role in the development, establishment and evaluation of WHS and Quality services to ensure optimal safety for all services within the Hospital.

Selection Criteria:

  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant Business, Finance or Healthcare Management
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding business results
  • Proven ability to grow a health care business
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
  • Experience in delivering operational compliance and legislative requirements
