Program Delivery Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the delivery of high-quality programs at our Wacol site. This includes providing strategic oversight, operational leadership, and mentoring support to ensure excellent team performance and alignment with organizational objectives.

The Role

As Program Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Mentoring and supporting the team to drive performance and engagement
  • Promoting a positive culture and developing strategies for improvement
  • Ensuring effective relationship building with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Aligning program delivery with organizational objectives
Your Qualifications and Experience

We're looking for someone with a tertiary qualification in social work, education, project management, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in program management, team leadership, or operational management roles. You'll bring expertise in driving performance, engagement, and retention of teams, as well as a proven track record of achieving registration targets and participant outcomes.
