Job Title: Senior Program Lead

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Program Lead to oversee clinical operations and lead a team of Support Workers.

Your role will focus on providing support to our clients with varying disabilities and/or trauma, ensuring clinical compliance, and driving a positive and supportive team culture.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing high-quality care management advice and assistance to stakeholders.
  • Overseeing care management for clients with complex needs.
  • Developing clear care plans for Support Worker implementation.
  • Providing regular Support Worker supervision on home visits.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate incident reporting.
  • Liaising with other health professionals to ensure clients receive individualized support.
  • Ensuring compliance and safety across SIL housing, support workers, records, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Conducting Client Needs Assessments monthly and as required.
  • Participating in an after-hours contact roster to provide professional advice.

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident in Australia.
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Special Education, Psychology, or similar field.
  • Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of legislation, policy, and practice in disability care, forensic disability, or child protection/child safety.
