Job Description

Transformative ICT Leadership

  • Lead the development of portfolio management practices, streamline project intake, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Design and implement ICT portfolio management processes, tools, and standards.
  • Maintain the ICT Portfolio Register and ensure data accuracy and transparency.
  • Coordinate with project leads and business units to validate and report on portfolio data.
  • Promote continuous improvement and foster cross-agency collaboration.


Candidate Requirements

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical expertise in ICT portfolio, program, and/or project management within a complex organisation.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio governance, reporting, and lifecycle management.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement business processes and systems.
  • Familiarity with project, program, and portfolio management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, PMBOK, MSP, MoP).
