Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with large-scale and complex digital enabled transformations and reforms
  • Support the transformation of government business operating models
  • Help design the future digital workplace and augmented workforce
  • Streamline ICT operations and uplift digital capabilities

Requirements:

  • Transformation, core management consulting and change experience
  • Loves networking, working in integrated teams, and being on projects that make a genuine difference
  • Strong team player who challenges themselves and others
  • Experienced in managing complex stakeholder relationships
  • Problem solver who can think strategically
  • Experience in business or digital transformation delivery within the Government or Public sector
