Job Description:

The Endeavour Foundation is seeking a highly skilled Strategic ICT Relationship Specialist to play a key role in the development and implementation of ICT strategies that drive business growth.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and strategic plans, identifying opportunities for using ICT to improve services and drive business forward. You will provide regular reports to the business regarding project status, issues, and changes, ensuring effective collaboration between ICT teams and business leaders.

To be successful in this role, you will need experience working in a large, complex, and customer-focused ICT environment, supporting business strategy. You will also need experience facilitating change management involving business processes and organisational change, as well as collaborating within ICT teams to achieve successful customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and recommend solutions that align with business objectives. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collating business requirements to feed into individual business ICT roadmaps and the Endeavour Foundation ICT roadmap
  • Engaging with stakeholders to understand business requirements and business division strategic plans
  • Recommending and contributing to the design and implementation of standards, tools, and methodologies
  • Providing ICT management with customer feedback, insights, and recommendations to improve services and ICT engagement
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a large, complex, and customer-focused ICT environment, supporting business strategy
  • Experience facilitating change management involving business processes and organisational change
  • Experience collaborating within ICT teams to achieve successful customer outcomes
  • Business Analysis skills and qualifications are highly desirable
  • ITILv3/v4 highly desirable
