  • Facilitate and support trial and implementation of brokerage items with clients and their carers.

  • Strong organisational abilities, effective time management, and prioritisation in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and conflict resolution.
  • A current driver's licence and safe driving record.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexibly to meet client needs.
  • Relevant qualification, such as Allied Health assistant, Diversional Therapy, or Aged Care certification, is highly desirable.
