This role involves providing policy advice on public sector budget management and performance. The successful candidate will conduct research and analysis to inform the development of fiscal strategies and policies.
- Key responsibilities:
- Conducting research and analysis to support policy advice
- Identifying opportunities for budget reform and supporting the government's fiscal objectives
- Engaging with key stakeholders and communicating policy analysis effectively
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in public policy, economics, accounting, finance, law or a related field
- Experience in analysing and interpreting financial and non-financial data; proficient in Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of public sector financial management and budget policy is advantageous
