Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Fuse Recruitment. As a leading recruitment agency specializing in the insurance industry, we are looking for a highly skilled professional to manage a diverse national portfolio of high net worth personal lines clients.

About the Role

  • Manage a book of loyal clients autonomously, ensuring exceptional customer service and retention.
  • Collaborate with underwriters, colleagues, and brokers to maintain high standards of service.
  • Secure new business and ensure accurate and timely completion of processes, including renewals, debtors, and win-loss data.

Requirements

  • Experience in autonomously managing a high net worth personal lines portfolio.
  • Tier 1 Broking qualification is essential.
  • Proficiency in Broking and Steadfast software, as well as WinBeat.
  • Excellent client relationship skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong Victorian relationships with insurers and underwriters.
