Job Title: Chief Business Continuity Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and implementation of business continuity strategies that ensure our organisation's ability to effectively respond to and recover from disruptions.

About the Role
  • Design and implement robust resilience and business continuity frameworks that meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct business impact assessments to identify critical functions and resources.
  • Develop, test, and maintain business continuity and crisis management plans.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute business continuity strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
  2. Conduct incident response planning and post-event analysis to enhance organisational preparedness.
  3. Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory expectations, embedding continuous improvement into business continuity practices.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Business Resilience, Business Continuity, or Crisis Management.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing resilience frameworks.
  • Strong expertise in business continuity planning, testing, and crisis response.
