About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Coordinator to support the administration of our Cadia Tailings STSFX Project. This is a fixed-term position for 12 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project planning and delivery by facilitating communication between contractors and stakeholders.
  • Attend project meetings and arrange external meetings with stakeholders.
  • Support the project team with administrative tasks.
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding processes for contractors and project team members.
  • Coordinate mobilization of staff, consultants, and visitors including IT requirements and training.
Project Management Support
  • Record and distribute accurate meeting minutes.
  • Assist in developing project presentations and documentation.
  • Format, manage, and register documents and initiate approval workflows.
  • Assist with month-end reporting.
Job Requirements
  • Prior administrative experience preferably within the mining industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of administrative practices and procedures.
  • Ability to quickly format and style documentation into Newmont standards.
  • Experience working with SAP, CHESS, SharePoint, and Aconex.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Our Offer

This role offers flexibility, allowing for placement either in Melbourne or Orange NSW offices. Our salary range for this position is AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
