Weighbridge Operator Role

Our organization is seeking a skilled Weighbridge Operator to support our administration team in a part-time position based at our Karratha facility.

This role involves liaising with customers, coordinating waste movements, answering calls, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have basic admin skills and a desire to learn more about weighbridge operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with customers and coordinate the movement of waste on and off-site
  • Answer incoming calls and assist with enquiries while providing excellent customer service
  • Control vehicle movements and direct traffic
  • Use two-way radio communications
  • Complete manual paperwork for all receivals at the site
  • Data entry into Excel spreadsheets
  • Complete site visitor inductions
Requirements:
  • BASIC ADMIN SKILLS AND DESIRE TO LEARN MORE ABOUT WEIGHBRIDGE OPERATIONS
  • AVAILABLE TO WORK EVERY THURSDAY AND FRIDAY
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND A CONFIDENT PHONE MANNER
  • ABILITY TO PRIORITIZE MULTIPLE TASKS EFFECTIVELY
  • KNOWLEDGE OF WEIGHBRIDGE OPERATIONS IS ADVANTAGEOUS BUT TRAINING CAN BE PROVIDED
