Operations Management Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Management Specialist to lead and coordinate our operations based out of our Karratha location.

This pivotal role requires strong communication, planning, and organisational skills to manage operations, build schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure service excellence and compliance.

  • Lead the coordination of assets for both hire and lease operations, ensuring timely availability and top-quality condition of equipment
  • Create safe, compliant, and efficient schedules for bus services
  • Monitor and ensure driver compliance with company procedures and fatigue management requirements
  • Professionally communicate with clients, providing updates on asset availability, delays and forward planning
  • Oversee the allocation and maintenance of hire fleet assets to meet client requirements
  • Oversee collection and timely submission of all relevant paperwork
  • Maintain professional communication with customers and drivers
