Workplace Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Risk Management Specialist to join our team on the Pluto Train 2 (PT2) project – a significant expansion of the Pluto LNG facility in Western Australia.

This role will be at the forefront of managing Workers' Compensation (WC) for one of the most prominent projects in the region. Key responsibilities include injury management and claims processes, strategic oversight, stakeholder engagement, compliance, risk mitigation, and ensuring seamless operations across Australian projects. This Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) position offers a three-week on, one-week off roster.

The Role
  • Manage Workers' Compensation (WC) for the PT2 project with minimal disruptions.
  • Handle injury management and claims processes in accordance with industry standards.
  • Provide strategic oversight and engage with stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
  • Ensure compliance and mitigate risks to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Maintain seamless operations across Australian projects through proactive problem-solving.
  • Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) position with a three-week on, one-week off roster.
