About The Role

As the key stakeholder, you will be responsible for delivering entire lifecycle project management solutions—from inception to completion. This entails collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution, meeting client expectations, and adhering to global quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct large-scale retail construction projects, including new build and greenfield developments
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive project plans, encompassing scope, timelines, and cost governance
  • Oversee procurement, supplier relationships, and subcontractor performance to drive operational excellence
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and technical regulations
  • Conduct regular site inspections and facilitate smooth handovers (interstate travel required)
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues promptly, and implement value engineering initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contractors, landlords, and global headquarters
  • Drive process improvements, sharing best practices and lessons learned across projects
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction project management; Retail project expertise highly valued
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of stakeholder engagement
  • Relevant degree in Construction Project Management or equivalent field
  • Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office Suite
  • A mindset that is agile, proactive, and adaptable, with a 'can-do' attitude
