Empowering Individuals Through Support and Recovery

This role focuses on empowering individuals with psychosocial disabilities to participate fully in their communities and enhance their capacity for social and economic participation.
- Strengthening the ability of clients to coordinate and implement supports within their National Disability Insurance Scheme individualised funding packages.
- Supporting client engagement with mainstream, formal, and informal services.
- Developing capacity and resilience within clients' networks.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to meet deadlines in a high-demand work environment. They must also be eligible to apply for NDIS worker screening clearance and hold a current driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Certificate IV in a Community Services-related discipline.
- Experience in human services environments, particularly in understanding service delivery and its impact on clients with persistent and complex mental health needs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, community agencies, and other professionals.
- Eligibility to apply for NDIS worker screening clearance and hold a current driver's license.
