Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director to lead our Premium Audit function. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing departmental strategies, managing operations, and driving business growth.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement departmental goals and initiatives in alignment with broader organizational objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure timely and accurate audit service delivery.
  • Mentor and develop audit support teams to foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
  • Establish and maintain standardized procedures for handling audit disputes across all lines of business.
">Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in premium audit or related field.
  • Proven accountability and ownership of responsibilities.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of industry concepts.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
