Executive Director of Premium Audit

The Executive Director of Premium Audit spearheads our organization's success by executing strategic initiatives, managing operations, and collaborating with senior leadership to drive business outcomes. This role oversees service delivery, staff development, vendor management, and regulatory compliance within the Premium Audit function.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & Operational Excellence: The Executive Director will partner with senior leaders to implement departmental goals, strategies, and initiatives, driving operational efficiency and enhancing audit processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: This role will lead cross-functional initiatives to improve service delivery, promote a culture of performance, innovation, and accountability across the Premium Audit team.
  • Operations Management: The Executive Director oversees daily operations to ensure timely and accurate audit service delivery across regions, assigning audit work based on geographic location and monitoring adherence to time service standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensures that audit practices comply with state regulations and company filings, establishing procedures for accurate exposure identification, risk classification, and accounting documentation.
