
Drive Customer Acquisition

As a key member of our Products and Customer Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience and driving product acquisition for ING.
This position is responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising go-to-market communication campaigns that drive product acquisition. Your responsibilities will include executing marketing campaigns, managing vendor relationships, and working with cross-functional teams to develop strategic customer plans.
You will be responsible for delivering against targets, managing budgets, and resolving customer complaints. Additionally, you will work closely with the contact centre, digital channels, and customer intelligence teams to ensure an omni-channel buying experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years' experience in an acquisition-focussed role, preferably in Financial Services Marketing. You should have exposure to working with customer and intelligence functions, as well as strong understanding of retail banking and portfolio dynamics.
You will also require proven experience in managing vendors and governance, as well as a skill set focused on integrated, digital marketing and/or product marketing within a marketing organisation or agency.
