Job Title: Assistant Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the hotel's operation. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Front Office team and working closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office team, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Supervise and motivate team members to achieve their full potential, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Take initiative to resolve guest complaints and challenges, ensuring a positive outcome for all parties involved.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out processes, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in the hotel industry, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate, First Aid, and Food Safety Supervisor training.
