Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our team in a values-based environment.

This is an ideal opportunity for graduate or early career therapists to build confidence and develop skills in a clinic environment before working with clients in the community.

  • Gaining experience in a team-based, nurturing environment with regular supervision.
  • Developing skills to specialise in an area of clinical interest and passion.

The organisation has a strong focus on education, partnering with schools in the area. This role will suit clinicians who are passionate about education or want to work within a school but also have a large hearing-impaired as well as adult caseload.

Main Responsibilities

Working collaboratively with a team of like-minded individuals to enrich the lives of others through speech, language, literacy, and social interventions.

  • Delivering therapy services in clinic, at schools, pre-schools, and via telehealth.
  • Participating in regular individual and group peer supervision, and administrative support.

Senior or early career therapists will find this role suitable, with options to tailor a caseload to areas of clinical passion and expertise while providing opportunities to supervise and mentor less experienced therapists.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology or equivalent registration.
  • Valid Australian working rights and a current Working With Children Check.
