We are seeking an experienced Inventory Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Plan and Coordinate Stock Reconciliations: Develop and implement procedures for reconciling inventory levels between SAP and 3PL ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.">
  • Manage Inventory Levels: Monitor current inventory levels, track stock movements, and adjust inventory quantities as needed to optimize supply chain performance.">
  • Investigate Discrepancies: Analyze cycle count reports, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution to prevent inventory errors.">
  • Support Finance: Collaborate with finance teams during internal and external inventory audits, providing accurate and detailed inventory information.">
  • Monitor Reverse Logistics: Track returns from stores, wholesale customers, and store-to-store transfers, ensuring efficient reverse logistics processes.">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.">
  • Post-graduate qualifications in Supply Chain Management and/or Project Management preferred.">
  • 5+ years' experience in Inventory Control within Supply Chain and Retail Operations.">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP/SAP, and WMS.">
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.">
