We are seeking a Clinical Education and Quality Improvement Leader to join our team in Northern Tasmania. As a Registered Nurse with a passion for education and quality, you will lead initiatives to enhance staff development, care quality, and compliance with aged care standards.

This permanent leadership role is ideal for an experienced nurse looking to relocate to Tasmania. You will report to the Clinical Director and be responsible for:

  • Providing leadership and support to clinical staff
  • Delivering on-site training and evidence-based education programs
  • Mentoring transitional nurses and supporting professional development
  • Ensuring compliance with aged care regulations and quality standards
  • Investigating and reporting on Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS) matters

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience, aged care experience essential
  • Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
