About This RoleThis role will provide expertise across the breadth of clinical and non-clinical services, planning, implementing and evaluating quality improvement projects. This includes prioritising initiatives through analysis of incident review recommendations, clinical audit findings and patient feedback.
A Regular Day Will See You:- Collaborate with clinical leaders and other stakeholders to identify, scope, design, plan, evaluate and report on quality improvement initiatives
- Convene working groups, workshops, focus groups etc to engage staff and consumers as active participants in quality improvement activities
- Deliver relevant education, training, coaching and professional support for each quality improvement initiative
- BUILD capability amongst the clinical staff, supporting others to participate and engage in quality improvement projects (e.g. participating in audits, guideline review, delivering training etc)
You'll bring experience as a health professional, preferably within the public health sector. A proven track record in implementing quality improvement initiatives and managing change projects is essential. The ability to lead and influence others and facilitate groups and workshops effectively are also key requirements.
