Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to residents in residential and community settings. About the Role

  • Support residents in maintaining their independence and making informed choices about their care, services, and living arrangements.
  • Contribute to resident care that is safe, effective, and meets their needs, goals, and preferences to optimize their health, well-being, independence, and quality of life.
  • Undertake initial and ongoing assessment and planning for care in partnership with the resident, focusing on optimizing health and well-being in accordance with the resident's needs, goals, and preferences.
  • Maintain a solid knowledge of care models and contribute to their implementation and maintenance.
  • Implement and maintain care plans in conjunction with service agreements.

Requirements

  • Experience working with elderly populations.
  • Ability to work as part of a cohesive team.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in dealing with change.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
