About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Uniting Age Well Queenborough Rise in Sandy Bay. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to residents with complex needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing person-centered care to residents with palliative care, dementia support, restorative care, and pain management needs.
  • Managing administrative tasks, including documentation, medication management, and coordination of daily routines.
  • Leading, supporting, and educating Enrolled Nurses and Extended Care Assistants.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Div 1.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a registered nurse in residential aged care (preferred).
  • Experience with dementia care and palliative care support (desired).
  • Strong decision-making, critical analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to delegate and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
