Job Description

We are seeking a senior leadership professional to join our team as Co-Head of Boarding and Student Wellbeing. This role is responsible for coordinating and advising on the provision of high-quality student wellbeing services to students at Timbertop.

The successful candidate will work closely with GGS staff, the Health Centre, and external student wellbeing service providers to ensure that all students receive the support they need to thrive.

This is a 12-month fixed term leadership role, commencing in Term 1, 2026. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, experience in student wellbeing, and a strong ability to build relationships with students, staff, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate and advise on the provision of high-quality student wellbeing services to students at Timbertop.
  2. Work closely with GGS staff, the Health Centre, and external student wellbeing service providers to ensure that all students receive the support they need.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to promote student wellbeing and resilience.
