We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Consultant to join our team.
The role involves managing a portfolio of property claims, assisting Loss Adjusters with their caseloads, and adhering to Service Level Agreements and Industry Standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a small portfolio of property claims
- Assisting Loss Adjusters with their caseloads
- Adhering to Service Level Agreements and Industry Standards
- Lodging, triaging, and allocating new claims
- Initial contact with policyholders and brokers
- Arranging emergency repairs or make-safes
- Liaising with clients and updating external client systems
- General claims management and administrative duties

To be successful in this role, you will need:
Qualifications and Skills:
• Experience in the insurance industry, preferably as a Claims Consultant
• Strong knowledge of claims management processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
