Claims Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Claims Specialist to join our team. As a Claims Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing a portfolio of claims for clients who have experienced physical or psychological injuries from motor accidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of claims in accordance with relevant legislation and facilitate recovery and return to work.
  • Provide exceptional communication skills, empathy, and resilience to handle the role effectively.
  • Oversee a hybrid environment with office attendance required at least one day per week.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in dealing with customers, problem-solving, and diffusing conflict.
  • Strong decision-making and negotiation skills, good attention to detail, and ability to analyze various sources of information.
  • Outcome-focused with a drive to achieve results, computer skills, including the ability to troubleshoot.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with traffic regulations, and experience working in a legal or health environment.
  • Experience managing personal injury claims or similar claims is desirable.
