Job Title: Process Excellence Specialist

Role Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) and EDI landscape.

You will be empowered to make a real impact, enhancing operational efficiency, supporting continuous improvement, and contributing to strategic initiatives.

As a Business Process Analyst, you will act as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, applying your expertise to optimise processes, resolve complex issues, and support projects.

You will have a strong foundation in SAP and EDI, and will be instrumental in managing operations, supporting project deliverables, and ensuring seamless integration across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deep expertise in SAP Order-to-Cash (SD and LE), including configuration and process optimisation
  • Extensive knowledge with EDI processes for sales orders and invoicing, including schema and soft configuration
  • Solid understanding of master data management (customers, materials, pricing)
  • Exposure to CRM and eCommerce implementation projects
  • Ability to provide user training and contribute to process documentation
  • Strong communicator with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Comfortable communicating effectively and telling stories
  • Process-driven with a proven ability to solve problems independently
  • Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously while contributing to team success
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on stakeholder engagement
