Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Trade Development Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for strengthening local and overseas networks to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in sales and business development.

  • This role requires a deep understanding of seasonal fluctuations, cargo flow, and trade balance in assigned areas to inform strategic decisions.
  • The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strengthen local and overseas networks to drive business growth.
  • Manage exports sales activities and functions, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Coach the sales/CS team to achieve targets, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of seasonal fluctuations, cargo flow, and trade balance in assigned areas to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
