Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving regional growth and customer acquisition in the Australian Enterprise Segment.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute a regional strategy to expand our presence in the Australian Enterprise Segment.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across enterprises, ISVs, Salesforce teams, and implementation partners.
  • Achieve and exceed sales objectives, ensuring a consultative, value-driven sales approach.
  • Partner with local Salesforce teams, system integrators, and consulting firms to strengthen our market positioning.
  • Track, analyze, and report key market trends and performance metrics to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in selling technology, SaaS, or IT solutions.
  • 4+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, preferably in a sales capacity.
  • Strong new business hunter mindset – ability to build and grow your own pipeline with a proactive approach.
  • Experience selling in Australia, with a deep understanding of local enterprise sales cycles and buying behavior.
  • Collaborative team player – thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
  • Emotionally intelligent communicator – ability to listen, understand, and articulate customer challenges.
  • Experience managing CRM (Salesforce preferred), forecasting, and reporting.
