ERP Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing effective ERP solutions that align with business requirements.

This role involves building and operating ERP systems, focusing on maintenance operations and services management. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of business processes and software capabilities.

About the Role:
  • The ERP Specialist will act as a liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • You will provide second-level support for SAP PM and CS modules, as well as participate in project work in various roles.
  • Your key responsibility will be to combine business requirements and software capabilities into a cohesive and optimized tool set.

In this role, you will work collaboratively to drive business process improvement and technology innovation. You will partner with Central IM and external technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and specify IM solutions, including implementation and delivery of operation enhancements.
  • Align with ERP transformation roadmaps to drive business improvement and project success.
  • Participate in cross-platform releases and coordinate communication between partners.
  • Drive change and release transformation (process and technology).
Requirements:
  • SAP PM configuration experience (5-10 years)
  • SAP CS configuration experience (minimum 5 years)
  • SAP SD/MM integration knowledge (experience in MM/SD configuration preferred)
  • Strong business process knowledge in Plant maintenance and Service management
  • Experience in full life cycle SAP implementations
  • Leadership experience
  • Agile methodologies experience (e.g. SAFe)
