ERP Solutions Specialist

Brisbane-based IM team seeks an ERP specialist to build, maintain and operate ERP solutions for the Asia Pacific region.

  • Provide L2 and L3 support for SAP PM and CS modules, non-SAP ERP solutions, and participate in project work to support business requirements.
  • Collaborate to combine business requirements and software capabilities into a cohesive tool set aligned with IM and enterprise roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysis, specification, configuration, deployment, and support of IM solutions (mainly focused on ERP solutions).
  • Participate in cross-platform release and coordinate communication between partners.
  • Drive change and release transformation (process and technology).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in SAP PM configuration.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in SAP CS configuration.
  • SAP SD/MM integration knowledge.
  • Strong business process knowledge in Plant maintenance and Service management.
  • Experience in full life-cycle SAP implementations.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe).

Preferred Skills:

  • Fast learner with attention to detail and team working skills.
  • Ability to analyse system issues and business processes, evaluate root cause, and provide solutions.
  • Strong customer mindset and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and foster creativity and collaborative change.
