As an Education Advisor, you'll work closely with Centre managers, Educational Leaders, and Centre teams to support and implement Affinity Education's strategy for educational programs, practices, and pedagogies.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coaching and mentoring educators and teachers on educational programs, practices, and pedagogies
  • Developing and delivering professional development for Centre-based teams
  • Supporting the implementation of Affinity Education's strategy
  • Providing Centre support for assessment and rating under the National Quality Standard (NQS)
What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor of Education or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in an Educational Leader role
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Early Childhood Teaching (ECT), Lead Educator, or Centre leadership roles
  • Experience with curriculum and approved frameworks
  • Sound knowledge of Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) requirements
  • Sound computer literacy skills
  • Sound knowledge of legislation relating to early childhood professions
  • An understanding of current trends and issues relevant to early childhood professions
