The role of an Education Advisor at Affinity Education is dynamic and challenging. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Centre managers, Educational Leaders and Centre teams to support and implement our educational strategy for programs, practice and pedagogy.

This includes coaching and mentoring educators and teachers in their educational programs, developing and delivering professional development for Centre-based teams, supporting the implementation of our educational strategy, and providing Centre support for assessment and rating under the National Quality Standard (NQS).

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor of Education or equivalent qualification, experience as an Educational Leader, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in Early Childhood Teacher, Lead Educator or Centre leadership roles. You should also have sound knowledge of ACECQA requirements, curriculum and approved frameworks, and legislation relating to early childhood professionals.

A strong understanding of current trends and issues in early childhood education is essential. You'll be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, think critically, and work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

We offer an attractive salary package, including a base salary of $85,000 - $95,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a 50% discount on childcare gap fees, novated lease employee benefit program, fitness and lifestyle group memberships, and career advancement opportunities.
