Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Educator to join our team as an Early Education Specialist. This permanent role offers flexible working hours and a competitive salary package.

The successful candidate will be pivotal in developing our children's lifelong love of learning, supporting a team of educators to implement programs, follow the EYLF and share the excitement of child-led discovery.

You will create long-lasting connections with your local community, including partnerships with families, and support the centre to meet/exceed the National Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • SUPPORT A TEAM OF EDUCATORS TO IMPLEMENT PROGRAMS, FOLLOW THE EYLF AND SHARE THE EXCITEMENT OF CHILD-LED DISCOVERY.
  • CREATE LONG-LASTING CONNECTIONS WITH YOUR LOCAL COMMUNITY INCLUDING PARTNERSHIPS WITH FAMILIES.
  • SUPPORT THE CENTRE TO MEET/EXCEED THE NATIONAL QUALITY STANDARDS.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • HOLD A CERT III OR DIPLOMA IN CHILDREN'S SERVICES OR ACECQA APPROVED EQUIVALENT.
  • HAVE A CURRENT WORKING WITH CHILDREN'S CHECK.
  • PASSION TO DEVELOP OUR LITTLE LEARNERS.
