Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Childcare Professional to join our team of educators and contribute to delivering a lifelong learning approach resulting in quality early education and care.
About the RoleThis pivotal position will involve developing long-lasting connections with your local community, including partnerships with families, while supporting the centre to meet/exceed the National Quality Standards.
Key Responsibilities- Support a team of educators to implement programs, follow the EYLF, and share the excitement of child-led discovery.
- Create lasting relationships with families and the local community.
- Contribute to maintaining a culture of child safety with a zero-tolerance approach to child abuse and harm.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA approved equivalent.
- A current Working with Children's Check.
- A passion for developing our little learners.

$65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
