Customer Service Professional

Are you looking for a role that will challenge you to deliver an exceptional customer experience? We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Professional to join our team in a contact centre environment. In this role, you will be working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide support to ensure they receive the best possible service.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a mixture of inbound and outbound calls and capture caller data into our systems
  • Listen to the client, understand their enquiry and assist appropriately to deliver the best possible customer experience
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to deliver optimal solutions
  • Schedule appointments between the client and our team of assessors; and
  • Use empathy and communication skills to understand our clients' needs

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Ability to multitask across different systems including the Microsoft Office suite and CRMs
  • Fast, autonomous worker who can work effectively alone and within a team setting; and
  • High level of attention to detail and resourcefulness

Others

This is a full-time role, working across a rotating roster from Monday to Friday, with hours between 7am and 6pm. We encourage career progression - be that up the ladder, across Australia, or both. Call centre experience is not essential. In fact, we sometimes find that experience in other types of work like retail, sales, hospitality and corporate roles develops skills and life experience that is highly suited to this role.
