
Help Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the company's operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing domestic and international customer base, including end-to-end documentation processes
- Processing orders, invoices, and credits in a timely and accurate manner to maintain outstanding customer service
- Coordinating sales orders with inventory and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery according to customer requirements
- Resolving customer complaints promptly and effectively
- Ensuring adherence to customer trade agreements and pricing/discounting hierarchies
- Investigating and processing customer credit requests in a timely manner, in accordance with the company's Credit Policy and Procedure
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Customer service and contact centre experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, including telephone manner
- Ideal experience dealing with products (tangible goods)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Experience in managing orders in an ERP system
- A proven ability to interact with a range of stakeholders internal and external
- Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service while working under pressure and adapting to change
