We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key player in delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and assisting with general banking inquiries.
- This is an entry-level position that requires no prior experience.
- You will receive comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills to succeed in this role.
About the Role:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone
- Provide accurate information and follow strict protocols
Your Skills:
- Customer service experience is not required, but a genuine interest in banking or financial services is essential
- Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems are necessary
- Resilience and professionalism in a fast-paced environment are crucial
- A Grade 12 qualification (or equivalent) is required

Training and Rosters:
- Training period: Weeks 1–3 classroom training, Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm
- Weeks 4–7: On-the-job training, Monday–Friday; full-time availability between 8:00 am–8:00 pm is required
- Flexible rosters available: school hours, split shifts, part-time and full-time options, work-from-home opportunities (conditions apply)
Important Information:
- During training, you must meet all job scorecard requirements, including attendance, assessments, and performance evaluations.
- If work-from-home is offered, you'll need a stable internet connection and a quiet, secure workspace to deliver high-quality customer service.
