- Handling calls regarding claim status, estimates and eligibility
- Recording customer interactions clearly
- Assisting customers with payments
- Assisting with customer account-related issues
- Maintaining accurate customer account information
- Handling large volumes of calls daily
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a call center environment
- The ability to communicate professionally across all support platforms
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Motivation to deliver and achieve KPIs
- Strong attention to detail
- Complaint-handling experience is an advantage
