We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Servicing inbound calls for new and existing products in a timely manner.
- Educating clients on the importance of their life insurance policies or investment products.
- Proactively managing relationships while monitoring service delivery and quality.
- Supporting teammates to collectively achieve desired customer outcomes.
- Responding to escalations and complaints and taking responsibility to obtain a quick resolution.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Customer centric with excellent customer service skills and friendly telephone manner.
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to positive outcomes for the team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and display effective time management skills.
- Previous experience within a contact centre environment.
