We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through creative problem-solving and effective issue resolution.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar support role managing queues, inbound emails, calls, and/or chat. Proficiency in Zendesk or other support software is desirable, as well as experience and understanding of CRM platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop deep knowledge and understanding of our CRM and technology
- Solve complex issues for customers (agencies and vendors) via phone and email
- Navigate customers through various tools within our CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify issues and escalate to the appropriate channels
- Process customer applications accurately and on time, including compliance requirements
- Monitor queues and interpret reports to manage daily workload
- Ensure all customer data is stored accurately and responsibly on our CRM
