Job Description:

As a Marine Technician in the Royal Australian Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (RAEME), you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, modifying, and reconditioning a wide range of Army Marine Equipment.

You will work as part of a team, conducting mechanical and engineering training, and have the opportunity to grow your technical knowledge through specialist courses covering equipment and systems such as Army Special Operations watercraft and LARC V amphibious vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair the Army's fleet of marine equipment
  • Work with specialized teams on advanced Vessel HVAC, electronic, and hydraulic systems
  • Perform safety and technical inspections on marine safety equipment and large vessels

Requirements:
