Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marine Specialist to join our team at the Royal Australian Corps of Transport (RACT). As a valued member of our crew, you will operate a variety of specialist watercraft, including amphibious craft and perform operator maintenance on Army marine vessels.

About the Role

In this critical position, you will transport all forms of cargo across the sea, inland waterways, and ship-to-shore operations. Your main job functions will include operating Army watercraft and amphibious craft, performing deck hand duties on board Army Watercraft, operating weapons fitted to amphibian and landing craft, and operating communication and electronic navigation equipment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have 12 months of experience in the Army. You will be part of a dynamic team that operates a fleet of landing craft and amphibious vehicles, all forms of road transport, distribution centres, and specialist units. We offer competitive pay, with an estimated annual salary of $65,000 - $90,000 AUD, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
