Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to fill a Customer Service Representative role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders efficiently and effectively.
- Provide accurate product information and resolve customer complaints.
- Manage customer order progression through internal systems.
- Generate sales revenue through proactive outbound telesales activities.
- Resolve customers' service or billing complaints when able to.
- Provide coverage for the service desk when required.
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing role with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- A strong team work ethic and ability to follow set procedures.
